Document Processing Web Application

Existing "one-size-fits-all" document tracking screen made it neccessary to pre-sort documents by type and manually re-enter at each step fo the workflow, causing errors. My team created new document-centric screens to fit specific workflows. We pulled together all of the relevant information and data validation. We eliminated manual sorting by desinging a system where documents were scanned via a barcode and created a "document package" that can transfer hundreds of documents between workstations with a single barcode scan.

Complete Trading Application Design

The existing interface was organized by company's internal structure which created confusing, similar looking screens which presented different functions, requiring a required a lot of training and tech support costs. I created the new central "Trading Floor" design which provided virtually one-click access to every area of the system. I used spatial and color-based grouping, organizing buttons by related function.
